Apple 2010 Mac mini hits the Indian market
Apple Inc has announced the launch the latest version of its small desktop PC in the Indian market. Apple recently upgraded the desktop PC and launched the latest 2010 Mac mini version with enhanced performance, features and more efficient power consumption.
The new Mac mini is powered by a 2.4GHz Core 2 Duo processor, 2GB of DDR3 SDRAM and has a 320GB SATA hard drive along with nVidia GeForce 320M integrated graphics. The most significant change to mini is its exterior appearance. The dimensions device is 7.7 inches by 7.7 inches by 1.4 inches with curvy corners. The Mini now comes with aluminum Unibody design similar to that of Apple's MacBook Pro.
The whole body enclose id made up of single piece of aluminum with a black-plastic panel on the back for ports and connectors along with a black-plastic door on the bottom. The Apple logo has been embedded on the top in glossy black to match with the plastic panels.
The server edition offers extended storage capacity of 500GB with 4GB of RAM. The system is powered by is powered by 2.66GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor.
The standard is pried at Rs. 44,900 while the server edition comes with a price tag of Rs 64,900. Experts say that the price is bit high for the Indian market however the technology behind the PC could attract a significant number of buyers to the new series.
